Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on all orders within the U.S (including 50 states and U.S. Territories, and AFO/FPO addresses) and they will deliver via UPS or USPS with an estimated delivery time of 3-5 business days (deliveries to Hawaii, Alaska, U.S. Territories and AFO/FPO addresses may take longer).
Depending on your location, shipping can be upgraded at checkout to a faster delivery through UPS (Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air) or USPS (Priority Mail Express) with an upgrade shipping charge calculated during checkout.
All orders placed before 3 p.m. ET will be processed within 2 business days. If you place an order after 3 p.m. ET on Friday, it’s likely your order will not ship until the following Monday. The delivery time is calculated from the day an order has been processed.
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email. You can also track the status of your order by clicking on the Order Tracking tab in the Main Menu.
